GENERAL INFORMATION

CommUnity Groups are a small group ministry of Green Ridge Assembly of God.  These groups meet together each week or so in various locations to study God’s Word, teach, connect, grow, and have fun. 

 Monday             6:30 pm          Shutterbugs Photography Group

        Led by Jennifer Ruggiero          Location:  Children's Church

This group will appeal to everyone from novice to expert.  Special outings and guest demonstrators are already scheduled.  Be sure to pick up a flyer for a full description of the class at the information kiosk.

Tuesday             6:30 pm           The Weighty Bunch Part 2

Led by DJ Russell          Location:  Prayer Room

Join DJ and the bunch as they continue to explore and celebrate weight loss.  It really isn't all about dieting....it's about living!  A weekly newsletter will be available at the information kiosk. 

Wednesday        7:00 pm             Creative Paper Craft

Led by Cindy Smith       Location:  Fellowship Hall

Learn ways to create mini albums and other great paper items.

AFFINITY GROUPS

Adult Bible Study

Wednesday Nights at 7 pm

During this semester our adults will be exploring "The Gospel According to the Stars" beginning February 15, 2012.  Discover the true meaning of the constellations. 

Chick Chat

Linda Hirjak, President

Green Ridge’s Chick Chat group is for women of any age.  Our ladies meet on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm in the fellowship hall.  Child care is provided upon request.  Please notify Linda at least 24 hours in advance if you will need child care.  Thank you.

Exceeding the Limit

Pastor Joe and Arline Finan

Our Exceeding the Limit (ETL) group is for men and women 55 years and older.  Once a month day trips are planned for this group.  Watch the calendar for events and dates.  Most events will have a sign-up sheet posted on the bulletin board. 

Fusion

Jason and Anita Snyder

Fusion is a young adult group for anyone 18 to 30 including high school seniors.  Monthly events are planned for this group.  Sign-up sheets will be posted on the bulletin board and events will be listed in the bulletin. 

1X1 Singles

Mary Noldy

1x1 Singles is for single adults age 30 and up.  This group reachs those who are single or single again.  It is also for single parents.  Monthly the group will meet for an outing.  Sign up sheets are posted on the bulletin board for these events. 

2X2 Couples

Mike & Traci Puckett

2x2 Couples is for adult dating and married couples.  The group has recently had a change in leadership, as well as, the addition of two new facets for the group.  Impromptwox2 for those outings that come up after the calendar has been printed.  Also,  2x2+a few for those times when the outing might be suitable for whole families or people who aren’t a couple.  Watch the bulletin for event information.
